Contact Center Operational Supervisor

Job Requirements:
  • ⁠Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with any major, preferrable from Economy, Business, Management, or Communication with minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Have minimum 3 years experience working as Contact Center / Call Center Operational Supervisor or 1 year experience working as Operational Manager
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Convenient to work mobile (especially in Central Java)
  • ⁠Willing to be placed at PT Karyaputra Suryagemilang (member of Anabatic Holding), which is located in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta
Job Description:

Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure that contact center / call center project runs smoothly in terms of administration, planning, implementation, management, development and monitoring; also initiate opportunities for new business
