Employee annual Bonus is a bonus given by the company to its employees based on business profits that have been obtained. This type of employee bonus is also often known as a year-end bonus.

How To Calculate An Employee's Annual Bonus?

Every company must have their own policies and formulas for calculating employee annual bonuses. Nevertheless, the annual bonus must still be done fairly. The company should also pay attention to various factors in calculating the amount or nominal annual bonus of the employee, for example such as employee tenure, employee position level, department, amount of salary received, employee performance/performance, and see if there are sanctions warning letter or SP received by the employee. 

Annual bonuses or year-end bonuses are not mandatory things that must be given by the company to its employees. So, there is no specific regulation that regulates the amount of distribution of such annual bonuses. You need to know, some companies even give this annual bonus in non-cash form such as by providing free travel packages, free dinner vouchers, giving hampers, or others.
