Responsible for conducting market research, actively seeking new lead opportunities, maintaining long-term client relationships, and managing sales administration, including tender requirements.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Successful previous experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager, especially at HR or Payroll Business Process Services
• Consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Willing to be placed at PT Payrol Prima Indonesia – KPSG Group (member of Anabatic Holding), which is located in Graha BIP, Jakarta Selatan
