• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant fields
• Experience working in a presales or technical consulting role, especially at CX Platform (Omnichannel / AI Chatbot)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
