Even though your employees are coming from Indonesia too, if they are in other cities with different time zones, you should consider it. It can happen if you are in Jakarta and your employees are working from Bali, one hour faster, or from Jayapura, two hours faster.

Considering the time zone, make your team feel comfortable and cared for. You can make the important meeting in the time that almost everyone can join. If it is impossible, schedule it from several days ago. So, they can prepare themself for the important meeting.

4. Utilize Technology to Collaborate
In the internet era, you can easily find some productivity tools to help you collaborate with your team remotely. If your company can facilitate local instant messengers, it can help you to monitor your team too. You can choose a communication platform that does not mess up with others and you can categorize the topics or working projects, like Slack or Discord.

Don’t forget to consider timeline sharing to know every progress from each person. It can help you if you want to give another workload to your co-workers. After knowing every workload, you can check and share their works in cloud sharing to share every file and work progress such as Google Drive or Dropbox.

Not only file sharing and instant messengers, you can utilize many kinds of video conferences that make you keep productive with your work, such as Zoom and Microsoft Team, or a virtual office conference that makes you feel like you're in the office such as: Gather Town or Kumospace.
