KPSG started its business in the area of Human Resource Services, manual Payroll Process Services and traditional Contact Center Services.
Ever since Titan Group's acquisition in 2002, KPSG started its transition from a traditional outsourcing provider to a Business Management Services provider by initiating several service improvements. One of the most significant is the launching of KPSG In-housed Contact Center System Application - OnTrace® which resulted in the successful penetration of KPSG Contact Center Services.
For 30 years, KPSG has been serving 250 active clients, 350 recurring projects, 5.000 Managed Services Employees, 2.000 W/S Contact Center, 12 Recruitment Centers Nationwide, 3 Payroll Processing Centers and 1.000 m² Interior Workshop.
With headquarter based in Jakarta, KPSG commits to provide excellent service quality and accessibility to its clients. KPSG expanded its national base to 10 branches in Tangerang, Medan, Palembang, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Malang, Samarinda, Makassar as well as its international market by having its regional subsidiary company in Makati, Philippines.

Established a new subsidiary company, PT Sinergi Media Integrasi, focusing on Development and R&D Channel Interaction Application (Inbound & Outbound Contact Center).
Entered into a new market segment by providing one of the biggest cellular operators in Indonesia, with Managed Operation Contact Center Services.
Successfully leveraged R&D OnTrace® system functionality to Telesurvey environment.
Achieved a significant milestone on KPSG’s vision to be a leading outsourcing company in regional country by entering into a regional business deal arrangement.
Adopted of Project Management approach in KPSG’s service delivery and project performance monitoring.
Successfully provided Bancassurance Telemarketing Services that required higher and advanced service delivery, quality, and compliance requirements for Banking and Insurance partner simultaneously.
Successfully provided advanced BPO Services for Telecollection, Inbound Order Taking, and Customer Data Telecleansing.
Was appointed by Telkom to be an E1 Telkom usage aggregator, as a complementary service to the 500XYZ and 140XY Contact Center Number and Contact Center Services.

Acquired Technetindo Utama Software house company specializing in general insurance core system application.
Successfully established 500 Contact Center seat in 1 (one) center for Telemarketing and Inbound Sales, for one of the biggest state-owned banks in Indonesia with several top ten insurance partners.
Initated a digitalized Human Resource platform namely Jobsworld.com.
Acquired a Human Resource Information System company and establish it under a new name, PT Solusi Karya Insani, focusing on R&D HRIS/Payroll Application.
Acquired an Architecture and Interior Design company and establish it under a new name, PT Kontinum Global Studio, focusing on Architecture & Interior Design.
