About Us

KPSG was established in 1990 as the first and leading outsourcing provider in Indonesia, started its business in the area of Human Resource Services, manual Payroll Process Services and traditional Contact Center Services.

Ever since Titan Group's acquisition in 2002, KPSG started its transition from a traditional outsourcing provider to a Business Management Services provider by initiating several service improvements. One of the most significant is the launching of KPSG Inhoused Contact Center System Application OnTrace® which resulted in the success penetration of KPSG Contact Center Services.

Within almost 30 year of operations, KPSG has been serving many premium clients, 250 active clients and 350 active recurring projects, especially from banking and insurance industries (both local and multinational companies). KPSG has 5,000 Managed Services Employees; 2,000 Contact Center Seat; 12 Recruitment Centers Nationwide; 3 Payroll Processing Centers; 1,000 m² Interior Workshop Center.

Additionally, KPSG expanded its Payroll Process Services by initiating strategic alliance with the biggest worldwide Payroll Services company - ADP Streamline. ADP Employer Services International provides multi-country payroll outsourcing services through ADP Streamline® www.adp.com/streamline. Today, KPSG has been successfully serving around 100 payroll clients for around 15,000 payslips and statutory records on monthly basis.

With headquarter based in Jakarta, KPSG commits to provide excellent service quality and accessibility to its clients. KPSG expanded its national base to 10 branches in Tangerang, Medan, Palembang, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Malang, Samarinda, Makassar as well as its international market by having its regional subsidiary company in Makati, Philippines.

Currently, KPSG service deliverables are categorized into 3 (three) services pillars: Human Resources Services, Information Technology Services, and Business Process Services. On top of these main services, KPSG delivers other Services which consist of Architecture & Interior Design, Facility Management, Security & Cleaning Service, Inbound Marketing Agency, and Digital Content Creation & Mobile Learning Platform.

KPSG believes, with the services offered and the long track experience in serving 20++ A-rated banking and insurance clients as well as other non-financial clients, KPSG could support and deliver value for upcoming new projects and expansions for clients, not only to cover national market but also international market with on-shore or off-shore business model.

Milestone

  • 1990

    Established as the first and leading Outsourcing Provider in Indonesia.

  • 2002

    Acquired 100% shares from the previous owner and started to improve the Contact Center Services to the existing Banking clients.

    Was appointed as a certified provider of 140XY Contact Center Number by Menkominfo.

  • 2003

    Successfully developed OnTrace® Contact Center System Application including IVR Technology, which was officially launched by Menkominfo. This resulted in a significant market penetration to banking client and an initial entrance to the first insurance telemarketing client.

  • 2004

    Started to enter into Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Services Credit Initiation process by providing Pre-screened & Data Entry for Banking client.

  • 2006

    Established a new subsidiary company, PT Sinergi Media Integrasi, focusing on Development and R&D Channel Interaction Application (Inbound & Outbound Contact Center).

    Entered into a new market segment by providing one of the biggest cellular operators in Indonesia, with Managed Operation Contact Center Services.

    Successfully leveraged R&D OnTrace® system functionality to Telesurvey environment.

  • 2007

    Achieved a significant milestone on KPSG’s vision to be a leading outsourcing company in regional country by entering into a regional business deal arrangement.

    Adopted of Project Management approach in KPSG’s service delivery and project performance monitoring.

  • 2008

    Successfully provided Bancassurance Telemarketing Services that required higher and advanced service delivery, quality, and compliance requirements for Banking and Insurance partner simultaneously.

  • 2009

    Successfully provided advanced BPO Services for Telecollection, Inbound Order Taking, and Customer Data Telecleansing.

    Was appointed by Telkom to be an E1 Telkom usage aggregator, as a complementary service to the 500XYZ and 140XY Contact Center Number and Contact Center Services.

    Was certified with ISO 9001:2008 in Integrated Outsourcing Services (Contact Center Services, Business Process Outsourcing Services, and Human Resources Services) as improvement of previous ISO 9001:2000 certified in 2008.

  • 2010

    Expanded its Nation-Wide branches to Tangerang, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Malang, Medan, Samarinda and Makassar, on top of Surabaya and Bandung.

    As part of KPSG CSR program improvement, KPSG initiated BPO Telefundraising for one of United Nations organization.

  • 2011

    Initiated strategic alliance with the biggest worldwide Payroll Services Provider - ADP Streamline. ADP Employer Services International provides multi-country payroll outsourcing services through ADP Streamline® www.adp.com/streamline.

    Launched of KPSG’s owned Contact Center Building in BSD Tangerang area that accommodates more than 500 contact center workstations.

    Acquired Technetindo Utama Software house company specializing in general insurance core system application.

  • 2013

    Successfully established 500 Contact Center seat in 1 (one) center for Telemarketing and Inbound Sales, for one of the biggest state-owned banks in Indonesia with several top ten insurance partners.

  • 2014

    Initated a digitalized Human Resource platform namely Jobsworld.com.

    Acquired a Human Resource Information System company and establish it under a new name, PT Solusi Karya Insani, focusing on R&D HRIS/Payroll Application.

    Acquired an Architecture and Interior Design company and establish it under a new name, PT Kontinum Global Studio, focusing on Architecture & Interior Design.

    Established a new subsidiary company, PT Andalan Anak Bangsa, focusing on Securing Assets Services, Facility Care Services, General Services, and Field Support Service.

  • 2015

    Established a new subsidiary company - Pacifica Manajemen Fasilitas, focusing on Total Facility Management Solution.

    Established a new subsidiary company, PT Advika Media Kreasi, focusing on Inbound Marketing Agency.

  • 2016

    Launched a regional subsidiary company - KPSG International Inc. for Business Process Services in Makati, Philippines

    Established a new subsidiary company, PT. Digital Animasi Asia, focusing on Digital Content Creation & Mobile Learning Platform.
